A group of Japanese studio ceramic bowls
Late 20th century
Each stamped with Kanji characters to the underside; further marked with Kanji characters to the box housing
Comprising two ceramic "Kita ware" black tea bowls with brown "Ko Seto" style glaze and one pale green glazed ceramic bowl with pierced accents and decorated with foliate motif, each in their own original boxes, two of which are wrapped in ribbons, 3 pieces
Largest box: 6" H x 7.75" W x 7.75" D; smallest box: 4.5" H x 6" W x 6" D
Other Notes: The two black tea bowls include informational accordion pamphlets detailing their origin and history.

Condition
Each overall good condition with shelf wear, scattered minor scuffs, and inherent firing flaws commensurate with age. The black tea bowls with more inherent firing flaws and a few subsequent cracks in the glaze. Each box with shelf wear and scuffing, one with a split in the underside wood panel.
