Description
HERMES PARIS silk "Feux d’artifice" scarf. This scarf pays homage to the elite teachers of the French National Riding School, the Ecole National d’Equitation at Saumur, founded in 1828 and still in existence today. The scarf has an equestrian theme trough horses training and jumping. The scarf is showing beautiful shades of black and grey, on a white background with a bright red border. Drawn by Colonel G. Margot and Hugo Grygkar, first edition in 1960, re-issued in 1993 and 1999.
The scarf measures approx. 34.5-34.75”
Sewn in tag not present.
Rare, especially sought after.
