This does not appear to be a poster laid down to cardstock, but rather a placard with thin cream-colored coating printed with the lettering and image after the painting by Logan, as well as printer's mark lower left and date of 9-27-27. There is an ink stamp verso: LIBRARY Bureau of Railway Economics Washington D.C. Measures 23 x 15.75 inches.
