Description
A SPANISH BAROQUE WALNUT AND WROUGHT IRON TRESTLE LIBRARY TABLE, 18TH CENTURY, the thick rectangular single plank top with curled grain, on a three-drawer frieze with rhombus lozenge carved faces and divided by corbel stiles over a molded rail, raised on splayed and shaped trestle supports on pierced scrolling feet joined by a serpentine wrought iron stretcher. Height: 29 1/2" Width: 53 1/2" Depth: 24 1/2" Provenance: Collection of Pat L. Harris, Houston, Texas. Kate Thurlo, LAPADA and CINOA Member, Early European Furniture & Decoration, London.
