2-pc in purple wool twill, double breasted jacket w/ silk velvet trim to revere collar lapels & cuffs, back seams from SH into triple box pleats trimmed w/ self covered velvet buttons, skirt w/ CF placket & curved knife pleated side panels, 1910, B 38", L 26”, skirt W 28”, L 36”, (bodice lining replaced, hem weights missing/broken, sleeve lining shattered, heavy wear skirt W band, lining removed) good; 2-pc grey wool & cotton c/o swallowtail coat w/ silk velveteen collar reveres, faux W coat in patterned silk in floral coin motif on red ground, ovoid abalone buttons, lined in tan silk satin, 1914, label “J. Horn Ladies Tailor, Elizabeth NJ”, B 36”, L 23”-30”, skirt 22”, L 36”, (light crushing, light wear, minor damage hem tape, skirt shortened) excellent. University of Connecticut School of Fine Arts.
