STERLING: Centerpiece/ Champagne bucket by Graff Washbourne & Dunn, New York, N.Y., (1899-1961, successors of Wood & Hughes), Belle Epoque style pattern patented in 1909, sterling silver, retailed by J. E. Caldwell & Co., features flared reticulated rim and foot with pierced vertical scrolls, foliate swags, floral urns in medallions and scrolling acanthus leaf shaped rim, trumpet form body chased with floral scroll design, maker's mark (diamond-quatrefoil-diamond) on base over "patented 18-25-1909" along with "Sterling 9 In", "2988/47" and retailer's mark "J. E. Caldwell & Co.", monogrammed, light wear consistent with age and use, 9" h. x 12 1/2" diam. [Total Weight: 42.8 ozt.] *NOTE: Lots 87 to 93 matching pattern.
