An incredibly unique and detailed piece of Porcelain & Neon Signage for Howard Johnson Restaurants showing a two piece Porcelain Neon Skin with four colors of bright glowing neon. CONDITION: Sign is overall very good showing fair color with good gloss showing areas of dullness to the gloss due to rain oxidation. Sign shows some minor areas of chipping mostly in the outer fields with one area of metal loss at the top of the Baker's cap. Sign shows some moderate chipping near and around the outer edges bur for a sign of this size the piece displays very well and when the neon is illuminated most of the issues are unnoticeable. Sign is mounted on a custom made metal can painted in black and displays the piece incredibly well. A fine displaying example of this incredible piece of Neon Americana.
