DSP. Outstanding all original United Motors neon sign. CONDITION: Side one, is outstanding, showing working neon throughout the field. Side one has brilliant color & gloss, showing minimal amounts of edge and insulator hole chipping. Side one appears to retain some of its original working neon, Grade 9.0. Side two, also presents well in as found condition. This side shows areas of dirt remnants as well as paint streaks along the outer edge which are removable if desired. Side two shows excellent color & gloss throughout with just minimal wear, Grade 9.0. Signs are mounted to their original can which shows excellent age & patina throughout with layers of period repaint.
