Well-detailed painting of a Dutch town along a river at low tide with a sailing ship in the mud. Apparently unsigned. Name plate gives artist as Charles Howe. Dimensions: (Frame) H 22.5" x W 32" (Painting) H 15.75" x W 25.25" Condition: Cleaned, varnished. Overpainting lower right edge.
