Elizabeth Catlet
(1915-2012) Elizabeth Catlett Mora was an African-American sculptor and printmaker who became a Mexican national. She is best known for the black, expressionist sculptures and prints of her that she produced during the 1960s and 1970s, which are considered politically charged. Catlett was the youngest of three children.
