These gorgeous Japanese Wooden Serving Trays were purchased overseas at the famous Osu Antique Market. Typically these are used for serving drinks and or light snacks to guests in one's home or business settings. A rich dark brown in color with lovely wood grain on display, these simple and sturdy rectangular trays provides both function and beautiful decor that can showcase decorative items that you choose to surround yourself with. They are rustic in nature and have smooth handles for an easy grip. The base of the tray is deliberately plain, making it easy to serve tea, coffee, snacks, water, drinks and any food offerings you might want to share with your guests and family. . Can be used both indoors and outdoors but remember it is a wooden tray, and works best when treated with care. Easily cleaned with a damp sponge. The nesting trays measure 19" long by 12.5" wide and 1.25" tall, and 20" wide, 14" deep and 1.25" tall.

Good condition considering its age. There are nicks and loss to wood as shown in the photos, along with light scratches and minor discoloration........There is also a hairline crack on the back side of one tray, that is not visible in any way on the serving side. Both trays could benefit from a good cleaning and restoration.
