DESCRIPTION: Painted Louis XV revival style Vernis Martin vitrine circa 1890-1910. The form consisting of four cabriole lets supporting a curved cabinet with glazed side windows and central door. The case opening to reveal shaped glass shelving. The entire cabinet covered in gold paint with applied ormolu decoration and painted surfaces. The bottom panel with a French scene of two lovers in a garden. MEASUREMENT: 28" wide x 16-1/2" deep x 57-3/4" high. CONDITION: Wear consistent with age and use. MEG/PS
