Previously restored, relined, and with new stretcher bars. Irregular surfaces with inpainting lower mid left (jacket) and lower center (pants); some flaking of lower center (pants); surface abrasions and areas of loss from the frame in the lower left. Ornate gilt frame with surface marks, nicks, abrasions and small losses.
