Condition: Paper in fair condition. Three vertical fold creases and seven horizontal fold creases. Three holes in center of paper, one hole near top left corner. Top right corner folded. Tear in bottom edge near right corner. Back of paper covered in glue and wood splinters, appears as if the paper was previously pasted to a sheet of plywood.
