Author: Viola Katherine Clemmons, stage name Katherine Dayan (1874 - 1930) was an actress, best known for her romantic relationship with Buffalo Bill and for her marriage to American financier Howard Gould (1871-1959), hence the Katherine Gould signature, which ended in a highly publicized divorce.
