Relief Carving of Will Rogers and John D. Rockefeller signed Henry Wahlgren (1869-1955), Hinckley, Illinois, c. 1930. Sawn and carved relief depicting American entertainer Will Rogers (1879-1935) and John D. Rockefeller (1839-1937), founder of Standard Oil Company, inscribed 'When Will Roger gave the Oil King a dime' across bottom beside signature, mounted to plywood backing, 33cm wide, 7cm deep, 38cm high (13in wide, 3/4in deep, 15 3/4in high).
