Mid 19th Century Ephemera and Civil War Items. (1) Circa 1863 Union envelop addressed to Major General Cadwalder, Corinth, Mississippi. (1) Provost Marshall General, South of the Potomac, Guards and Pickets pass. Measures approx. 3 1/2" X 5 1/4". (1) Pre-Civil War 1860 Ohio election ticket. Measures approx. 3" X 7 3/4". (1) 1853 State of Virginia South Side Rail Road Company One Share Certificate. Measures 5 5/8" X 9". (1) 1853 Virginia and Tennessee Railroad Company 5 Shares certificate. Measures 6 1/2" X 9 3/8". (1) Unissued 1858 Virginia New Market & Sperryville, Va., Turnpike Company bond. Measures approx. 5 7/8" X 12". Larry Mangus Collection, Corinth, Mississippi. Condition- Overall good condition. Envelope has toning and stains. One side of the pass has been torn and is missing. The pass has some toning and a crease. Election ticket has toning. South Side certificate has some staining, creases, and toning. Virginia and Tennessee certificate has stains, toning, and creases. The Turnpike Co. bond has toning, stain at one edge, and one crease.
