Description
Die schwarz lackierte Leica IIIf zählt zu den großen Klassikern unter den Sammlerstücken im Bereich der Leica Schraubgewindekameras. Die in lediglich 100 Exemplaren speziell für das Schwedische Militär produzierte Kamera war nicht nur das erste Modell einer in Serie hergestellten schwarz lackierten Leica Kamera nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg. Es handelte sich auch um eine kältefeste Ausführung, die für den Einsatz unter Klimabedingungen der arktischen Regionen konzipiert war.
Mit ebenfalls schwarz lackiertem Elmar 1:3.5/5 cm Nr. 1427101 mit Deckel.
Die Kamera und das Objektiv wurden am 12. Februar 1957 mit Liefernummer 56297 an die seinerzeitige schwedische Leitz Vertretung Brandt in Stockholm geliefert.

The black paint finished Leica IIIf is one of the great classics among the collectibles in the field of Leica screw mount cameras. The camera, produced in just 100 units especially for the Swedish Military, was not only the first model of a black paint Leica camera to be serial-produced after the Second World War. It was also a winterised version, designed for use in the climatic conditions of the arctic regions. With Elmar 5 cm f/3.5 Nr. 1427101, also finished in black paint, with cap. Camera and lens were delivered on February 12th 1957 with shipment number 56297 to Brandt Stockholm, the then Leitz agent in Sweden.
