Pair of Antique restored and electrified gas wall sconces floral single etched shades.This pair of wall sconces along with some others came from a mansion in the New Haven Connecticut area. These had been restored approximately 20 years ago by electrifying them with a candelabra socket and polishing the brass with a clear coat. The brass does have some spotting. The canopy back plates and 4" fitters are new. Gas sconces were originally directly piped into the wall in which did not require the back plate and the shade holders were replaced with these cast brass 4 inch fitters because the old ones are usually very flimsy.15" long with 8-in diameter glass.The shades are antique single etched floral design and unfortunately one does have a chip on the upper lip.

Good, chip on 1 shade and after taking photos I realized the gas keys and ends I slightly different.
