include: two small hardcover books titled "The Language of Flowers", illustrated by Kate Greenaway, 6" x 5", green linen spine and paper covered boards, illustrated with girls bearing flowers, one on front and back boards, the other just the front. One was printed by Frederick Warne & Co. Ltd. , New York, the other was printed by Edmund Evans, London, both ca. 1884. The books contain a list of alphabetically ordered flowers and their meanings. The NY books shows some wear to the board edges, otherwise good condition. The London version shows moderate interior foxing. The third book is titled "The Poetical Language of Flowers", by Thomas Miller, London, mid-19th century. Charles Griffin & Co. , London, 192 pages. Red leather binding with gold embossed lettering and trim, 6 1/2" x 4 1/2"
