original production animation cel of Winnie-the-Pooh & Piglet by Walt Disney Studios. This is from the 1983 animated featurette, Winnie the Pooh and a Day for Eeyore. Piglet is holding Eeyore’s birthday present, a very nice red balloon that busted! The characters measure 6? x 5 1/2? and the frame is 13 1/2? x 16 1/2?, the frame is included. Both art and frame are in very good condition, COA included
