Antique Revolutionary War Widow's Pension Document (War Service Document) Form 3-525 from the U.S. Bureau of Pensions to Mrs. M. W. Bullis of Canton, New York. The document is dated 1904 and provides the information contained in Jonathan Willard's (1st New Hampshire Regiment) Pension application, which includes his Revolutionary War military service records.Jonathan Willard, of New Hampshire, "was a soldier in the Revolutionary War," having enlisted on August 6, 1776 with the rank of Sargent, and discharged April 13, 1782 having reached the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. He served in the 1st New Hampshire Regiment under Colonel Isaac Wyman and Colonel John Stark. Approx. 10.5" H x 8" W.
