Set of 3 Antique Early 19th c. Hand-colored Engravings After George Shepherd (5 December 1784 – 1862) | George "Sidney" Shepherd (5 December 1784 – 1862) was a British draughtsman and watercolorist. Each housed in a matching frame, matting, under glass | Approx. Size: 12.75 x 10.75.Set includes the following:1) MARGATE - THE PIER AND NEW LIGHT HOUSE - KENT: Steel engraving on paper. Drawn by George Shepherd (1784 – 1862); Engraved by Thomas Garner (1789-1868); Published by George Virtue, Ivy Lane, Paternoster Row, London in 1830. Originally produced for the “England’s Topographer” series of Kent views (London : 1828-1831).2) CHARING CHURCH AND THE REMAINS OF THE ARCHBISHOP'S PALACE: Steel engraving on paper.
