Ancient Central Asia, Bactria, ca. 2500 to 2250 BCE. A hand-carved banded agate seal of ovoid form bearing an incised standing figure, facing left, while holding a club or staff. Curvilinear striations fill the surrounding areas. Size: 1.34" L x 1.14" W x 0.64" H (3.4 cm x 2.9 cm x 1.6 cm)
