Description
A Chinese bronze cast incense burner, dating from the Han dynasty (206 BCE-220 CE). Masterful bronze work of the Han Dynasty, this censer sits on a bronze plate with raised edge, attached by an ancient bronze pin. Over a sleek support, tapered at the base is a globular censer with rounded cover that has scrolling openings with detail for the smoke, a small decorative finial completed the burner.
