Group of 39 press or promotional photographs of animal acts and trainers. [V.p., ca. 1950s-1980s]. Nearly all are black and white photos (three are in color). Nearly all are 8 x 10”. Most with press or newspaper stamps on verso. A few are inscribed by the subjects. One is cut-out around the image of the animal and trainer, one is printed on newsprint in color. Some general wear due to age and use, a few duplicates, slightly curled. An excellent collection.
