Richard C. Orcutt (1924-2004), Waldoboro, Maine and Connecticut. Pair of Carved and Painted Sandpipers. Branded "R.C. ORCUTT" under the branch base. Together with a carved and painted figure of a curlew mounted on a driftwood base, unsigned. Sandpipers: H: 7 in., W: 9.5 in., D: 5 in. Curlew: H: 11.625 in., W: 13.25 in., D: 4.625 in.
