Description
J. & E. Stevens Company. Cast iron and pigment "William Tell" mechanical coin bank, ca. 1896. When the toy gun is loaded, the foot can be pressed down and the coin will shoot into the tree. Marked along the rock.

Condition
The bank functions. When the "gun" is loaded or cocked, the foot can be pressed and the coin will be sent into the tree. Numerous losses to the paint and wear throughout consistent with age and use. The plug is present.
