Condition
There is heavy patination and wear throughout both banks. Much of the original polychrome is gone from both. The "Jonah and the Whale" bank works correctly when the level is depressed. The bottom latch is not firmly attached and held to the bottom of the bank with a piece of tape. Lacking the key. There are four round, green felt tabs affixed to the underside. The "Speaking dog" bank seems to function but not perfectly and likely needs some fine tuning. All pieces are present and attached.
