Minton-Spidell labels on undersides of both chairs. Fading, pilling, wear and losses to upholstery on both chairs. Stain to upholstery on seat of one chair. 26 1/4" W x 28 1/2" D 36 1/2" H. Seat height 18" H. Arm height 23 1/2" H. Each chair weighs 18 lbs.
