The wood trunk fully wrapped in metal-studded oxblood leather with strapwork and faint purple wash, featuring brass trim and hardware, front keyed latch lock, side handles, and rear hinges decorated with fleur de lis and rosette accents, revealing velvet-lined interior

Overall good condition, the leather with scattered minor scuffs, indentations, and scratches. Minor losses to leather near top hardware. Minor rubbing and wear to leather underside. Brass hardware with scattered scuffs, light scratches, and oxidation commensurate with age. Trim lifted from surface on front and back left corners due to loose nails. Some warping to velvet-lined boards of interior, with scattered stains and discoloration to velvet. Lacking key.
