some tarnish present throughout, commensurate with age, some polish residue to recessed areas; gilt-washed interiors retaining much of the brightness overall, with some tarnishing and dark spotting commensurate with age and use; teapot: one chip / loss to enamel near base, and some small losses, chips, or cracks to enamel to feet, interior with some scratching; creamer: one foot with small chip to enamel and another foot with small crack to enamel; sugar dish: three feet with losses / chips or cracks to enamel
