A French cloisonné enamel, gilt bronze, and onyx mantel clock Couaillet Frères, France, retailed by Bailey Banks & Biddle, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1900

Domed top surmounted by urn, each corner with columnettes topped by flower basket, bun feet, enamel dial marked, "The Bailey Banks & Biddle/ Philadelphia," the reverse / works marked, "J F/ 11 Eleven Jewels/ Two 2 Adjustments/ Couaillet Frères/ Made in France."
