Description
With arched hood having patterned inlay and floral marquetry, fretwork, and brass finials, the hood door with columnettes to corners, the case allover decorated with marquetry featuring flowers, foliate motifs, birds, and butterflies, the case door with arched top and round glass pane, molded plinth on molded base, the brass face with applied spandrels in the form of dolphins and putti supporting crowns, inscribed, "William Gib/ Rotterdam."
