Description: This lot includes a print by Anni Albers. The title of this artwork is "Yellow Meander". UPDATE (6/28): Upon a closer inspection of the piece outside of the frame it appears to be a screen print done on paper. The ink is thick and layers can be clearly seen between colors and patterns. We are still not 100% confidant on if this is an original piece by the artist OR not. See photos for details and see for yourself. Our client believes that his parents knew the artist during the mid-20th century and received these pieces directly from the artist herself. The backboard has writing indicating it was a Christmas gift in 1970, and is titled and dated in 1970 as well.

Condition: Minor expected surface wear associated with age and use, otherwise in overall good condition.

All of the items in this auction are located at our Oakville CT gallery. Pickup at our gallery will be done BY APPOINTMENT only Monday-Friday 10am to 3pm (Saturday pickup is avalable on 7/15). All items must be picked up by Friday July 21 2023. Any items picked up after 7/21/2023 will be subject to storage fees of $5 per day per lot unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.
