Lot of 16 Framed Silhouette Portraits, 19th to Early 20th C. All are cut & paste black paper silhouettes. Notable is one folk art portrait signed by W.B.Rice, another has embroidered decoration, there is a man with handlebar mustache marked Denver 1887 on the back, another folk art piece with gold details, and a very unusual one of a man smoking a cigar, embellished with naked women rendered in watercolor and pencil, with "but a good cigar is a smoke", and signed Brownie. Dimensions range from 3.5 to 10.25 in h x 2.25 to 13 in w x .5 to 1 in d. Condition is good with some surface wear and discoloration. Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
