This hand fan is believed to be early 19'th century. It is comprised of a wooden folding handle and painted sheer fabric with a floral motif. It is adorned with two white tassels. It is housed in a shadow box frame. Measures approximately 21" x 13" x 2"D and weighs 3.43lbs. The framed fan is in good vintage condition. The back paper is pealing, and the fan appears to have fallen from the hook it was originally hanging in the frame. There is also a small hole on the fan along with some streaks on the glass.
