Stoutly potted Chinese porcelain unto a slightly flattened round box, with rounded wide cavetto, correspondence dome lid, raised from rounded sides over a wide cavetto Inner flange circumscribed around the containers lip allows for a perfect fitment on the each rim. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in cream base color which contrast against famille rose design color depicted of children playing on the grass field and abundant flowers bloom green foliage. The colors are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a four under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within blue square lines. Made in The Years Daoguang Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
