Potted in moon vase, thick and tall, globular moon lower belly, straight cylindrical neck, round slight flaring mouth rim, raised on ring foot base with slight concave footing. Warm and uniform bean green glaze applied to the surface, only the outer bottom is white glazed. Green is the most important variety of China’s porcelain. Green stands for health, prosperity, and harmony. In Chinese culture, green stands for cleanliness and purity from contamination. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed green script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Qianlong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
