Chinese Qing Dynasty Yongzheng Bean Green Douqing Glazed Porcelain Bowl. The porcelain potted in a shallow, slight deep, round close mouth rim, raised on ring foot base. Warm and uniform bean green glaze applied to the surface, only the outer bottom is white glazed. Green is the most important variety of China’s porcelain. Green stands for health, prosperity, and harmony. In Chinese culture, green stands for cleanliness and purity from contamination. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Yongzheng Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty
