Description
This early, rare variant in its attractive oak cabinet has its original finish which is in good as found condition with a few minor nicks and scrapes here and there. All the corner columns and capitals are present with nice tight corners. See photos. Has its early "pre-dog" ID tag. Original concert reproducer which is attached to the scissors style straight rigid tone arm. The nickel plating is well worn and badly oxidized but all are original and in otherwise good condition. See photos. The back bracket has its original black paint and pinstripes with a few minor scrapes in average condition. Has its original winding crank, bullet break and record hold down and motor winds and runs. Original 10" cast iron turntable with its original felt which is well worn and in poor condition. See photos. Has a rare and desirable all brass 19-1/2" L Victor horn with a 11-1/4" D brass bell. Both the horn and body are in overall good condition with a few minor dents and dings however the bell and body are tarnished and quite dark.. See photos. Attached to the threaded small end of the horn is its original brass rigid arm style elbow which is slightly bent but in otherwise good condition. Cabinet measures 13-1/4 X 13-1/4" X 6-1/2" T. Another example of a good honest machine from the Wayne Wolf Collection.
