Description
This machine in its oak cabinet has its original finish which is a bit weathered and worn however is in its original average condition with some finish loss on the top board as well some minor scrapes and scratches here and there. Has its original Victor long throat reproducer in good condition. The wooden tone arm has its original finish and hardware in average condition with some minor rust on the hardware. The lower iron support arm has its original oxidized copper finish with some wear. See photos. Has its original winding crank. Motor winds and runs. Has its original 14-1/2 " steel and zinc horn with 9-3/4" D zinc bell. The bell is nice and straight however has some paint loss on both the inside and outside but more so on the outside of the bell. The body has its original black paint and pinstripes with some minor surface rust and minor scratches and dings. Has its original threaded Victor brass elbow attached to the small end of the horn. Cabinet measures 9" X 10" X 5-1/2" T. This P2 machine is the smallest variant in the Victor P series and not often seen. Another example of a good honest machine from the Wayne Wolf Collection.
