This early, rare machine in its oak cabinet is in overall good condition for its age. Original decal on the side of the cabinet with some minor damage but in otherwise good condition. See photos. Has an original Clark-Johnson style reproducer in average condition. Original nickel plating is oxidized and dark. The wood tone arm has its original finish and hardware and the metal hardware is dark and dirty but in otherwise good condition. Original horn cradle is present which is held in place with a replacement screw. The cast iron lower support arm and spring housing have their original nickel plating however are quite oxidized and are dark and dirty with some minor rust. Original winding crank, break assembly, tone arm rest and record hold down all in fair condition with some surface rust and the usual wear. The winding crank has evidence of having been bent and straightened at one time. Motor winds and runs. The 7" cast iron turntable has its original felt in fair condition - it is dirty and has shrunk. Original 15-1/2" L black steel cone horn with a 9-3/4" D bell - both the bell and body are in average condition with a few dents and wrinkles with their original black paint and pinstripes being in average condition. Attached to the small end is an original leather elbow which is hard and fragile with some cracking and finish loss but in otherwise stable condition. Cabinet measures 9-3/4" X 9-3/4" X 4-1/4" T.
