This original WWII USMC USN Navy Medical CPO cap badge is a highly sought-after item. Made of rare "bronzed" sterling silver, it was designed for Naval Medical CPOs attached to the USMC. The badge bears the NS Meyer hallmark and is marked as sterling silver. The badge comes on its original sale card, which is also marked as sterling. This truly remarkable piece of US military history is in great vintage condition.
