Featured in this lot is an etching titled "#42 Race to the Wagon #1," by artist Edward Borein who was born in 1872, and died in 1945. The etching is wonderfully and professionally crafted and features a horse and rider racing and bucking to the left. This etching was examined by Fine Art Appraisals by a Harold G. Davidson and has been determined to be a restrike impression pulled circa 1970-1981. The overall condition of this framed etching is good with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this framed etching are 14 1/2" x 11 1/2" and the visible art measures 6 1/4" x 4 1/8". Provenance: This artwork is from the collection of Mr. Karol Vardell.*
