DESCRIPTION: York, Pennsylvania Joseph Taylor 8 day tall case clock. Inscription at base of dial platform reads "Made by Joseph Taylor December 1824" Initialed on the hour wheel bridge "JT" and number "200". William Jones dial. Intricate designs to interior mechanisms including bird shaped components. Original glass to hood. MEASUREMENT: 18" wide x 10-7/8" deep x 86" high. CONDITION: Inscriptions are faded. Crack to glass lower left corner of hood. Wear as expected with age and use. DP. IMPORTANT: Before bidding, please read the terms and conditions.
