Two 1920s hats from the flapper period. One is a pale pink cloche, the other is a large pale off white pleated silk fabric covered brimmed hat decorated with millinery flowers.
Both would make a lovely addition to a collection of antique hats.

Large silk accordion pleating oblong hat with millinery flowers and 2 light pink roses decorate this hat. Covered wire at brim edge gives support. Upturned brim. Tan velvet underneath.
Silk lining and no label.

CONDITION
Poor condition. Has water stains, underside velvet is worn, lining is discolored and shredding. Wear and splitting to silk on brim, crown and on edge.

RIGHT HAT
This lovely handmade 1920s cloche hat is made from a lightweight woven straw with woven horsehair intertwined, and decorated with applied pink satin decoration. Close fitted deep crown with a wide brim, fits over the ears, and with a pink silk satin lining, with no label.

CONDITION
Excellent condition. No stains, repairs or damage to straw/horsehair. Tiny split in lining of hat.
