The sheet has been laid down to board and the board is flat and in good, stable condition overall. All four corners of the board are dented and rounded. The lower right corner is frayed and there is a diagonal handling crease near the lower right corner. The artist's original pinholes are visible at various places along the extreme edges and corners. The sheet is toned throughout. The medium has been well preserved and the pigments appear to have maintained their vibrancy overall, notably the greens.
