Pair of French Barbedienne Neo-Grec Bronze and Marble Coupes
third quarter 19th century, the bowls with classical masques framed with bunches of grapes and pine cones, the pierced handles terminating in anthemia, raised on grape-molded stems, the bases signed "F. Barbedienne", for founder Ferdinand Barbedienne (French, 1810-1892), on red griotte marble column-form plinths.
