Continental Red Velvet and Gold Thread Embroidered Panel, Possibly Italian

Condition

Wear is consistent with age and use. Losses and wear throughout. Fraying at the ends and some lappets are torn and curled. Fitted with hanging handles on the reverse. The reverse in poor condition, the silk backing has frayed. Fine quality.
